Esiti (Internal Outcomes) is a series initiated in 2013, based on the superimposition of medical X-rays and hand-drawn graphic interventions inspired by the myological, osteological, morphological, and psychological study of human anatomy.
The images are mounted on light panels that reveal a stratification of interior levels.
The project explores the relationship between what can be observed through diagnostic imaging and what escapes measurement but still inhabits the body: the unconscious, memory, imagination.
The forms layered over the radiographs evoke mental, symbolic, or archetypal projections—a brain becomes bark, spiral, or tangled bodies; a spine transforms into a serpent.
Esiti (Internal Outcomes) is a reflection on the body as a repository of images, transformations, and conflicts—an archive where matter and thought overlap.
Through this dialogue, the series stages mental processes that condense into form, as if the invisible momentarily found a way to reveal itself.
