Installation for CampArt, Cefalu’ (PA) – 2015
Created for the Sicilian music festival CampArt in 2015, the work unfolded within a natural setting, marking the entrance to the main stage.
Suspended between sound and landscape, its form shifted throughout the day.
In daylight, the natural light revealed a dense network of colorful threads stretched in dialogue with the living elements of the place.
At night, under Wood light, the scene transformed: the same structures took on psychedelic geometries, while the colorful web visible by day disappeared. The threads reappeared under the moving lights of the stage, which rippled across the installation in rhythm with the electronic music. The beams of light crossed the network, creating the illusion of an image being erased in reverse.
Among the threads, several suspended stones evoked the fragile balance and tension — recurring elements in the artist’s language.
